Granny Frannie's Cookies operates as a Michigan cottage food business under the Michigan Food Law. Our products are made in a home kitchen that is not inspected or licensed by the Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (MDARD).

Michigan cottage food law permits the sale of certain non-potentially-hazardous foods produced in a home kitchen directly to consumers. Internet and mail orders are permitted only within the state of Michigan and require direct interaction between the seller and consumer prior to sale.

We currently offer the following fulfillment options, all restricted to Michigan residents:

• Local pickup (by arrangement)
• Local delivery within our service area
• Michigan-only shipping via USPS/UPS

We do not ship outside of Michigan at this time. All shipped orders require prior direct interaction between buyer and seller as required by Michigan cottage food law.

May contain: soy, peanuts, tree nuts.

Our PB Oat Chip cookie contains peanuts.

Gluten-Free Option: Our gluten-free oatmeal chocolate chip cookie is made with certified gluten-free rolled oats and a gluten-free flour blend. However, it is produced in a home kitchen that also processes wheat-containing products. We do not recommend this product for individuals with celiac disease. This product is not certified gluten-free.

Each product sold by Granny Frannie's Cookies is labeled with the following information as required by Michigan cottage food law:

• Product name
• Full ingredient list
• Allergen information
• Net weight
• Business name and contact information
• Cottage food disclaimer

Our ice cream sandwich products are listed on this site for informational and marketing purposes only. Ice cream sandwiches are a potentially hazardous food and are not permitted for sale under Michigan cottage food law. We are currently working toward obtaining the necessary commercial kitchen licensure to offer these products. No ice cream sandwiches are currently available for purchase.
